Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes (online and in-person) Booking cancellation Cancellation of a booked session can been done anytime before the start of the session. Cancellation of a booked session cannot be done after the start of the session. Please note that session booking and cancellation is only available online. Account Refund Please note that a session can be recredited to your Yoga with Helene account only if you have cancelled your booked session in time and as described above. If you paid your session as a single session or a pack of mutiple sessions, your session will be credited back to your Yoga with Hélene account. A session that is part of a pass (flat fee to access all specific sessions for a cetain period of time) cannot be refunded or generate a partial refund of the pass. Late arrival or No show Whatever the reason (cancelled transports, illness, etc.), if you do not cancel a session in time (as described above), the session will not be credited back to your account or not be refunded. Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this. Whilst I would only do this in exceptional circumstances, I reserve the right to cancel a session for any reason. Reasons include for example an insufficient number of particpants booked onto a session to make it viable to deliver it Should this happen, I will notify you as early as possible of the session cancellation and will offer you the option to choose between a refund of the full amount you have paid in respect of the cancelled session or being transferred to an alternative session. Yoga with Hélène is not responsible for any additional expenses which you may incur.
