Teen Classes

Yoga teaches teenagers to breathe, de-stress, focus better and relax. It helps them with sleep, confidence and body image.

My classes help young people reconnect with their body, get stronger and fitter.

My teenagers' classes are never the same, just like my classes for adults. So no risk of ever getting bored. We talk about yoga philosophy, about life in general, we work hard and rest deeply.

The classes are customised for the young people attending the term course.
