Teen Yoga Classes

Yoga helps teenagers to learn to breathe, de-stress, focus better and relax. It also helps them with sleep, confidence and body image.

Yoga help young people reconnect with their body, get stronger and fitter.

The classes are never the same so no risk of ever getting bored! We talk about yoga philosophy, about life in general, we practice asanas and pranayama, we work hard and rest deeply.

The classes are customised for the young people attending the term course.
