Workshops

Alongside my weekly classes, I regularly organise workshops. These 2-hour long sessions offer a chance to deepen your yoga practice and knowledge.

 

Each workshop has a specific theme.

Here are some examples of past workshops: 

- Yang to yin,

- Letting go of old habits,

- Finding strength for the month ahead,

- Welcoming winter.

 

WellWoman workshops are a self-care moment with yoga postures, breathing, self massage, dance and exchange, plus a few tips to keep practicing in-between workshops.  

 

They are run in-person-only, in North London, Mont-de-Marsan or Hossegor​. There is a maximum of 12 women participating. 

Life is often busy. A WellWoman workshop is an occasion to take time for yourself, meet with like-minded women and reconnect with your body, mind and soul.

Yang to Yin :
Stong to Soft
Tone to Release 

A 2 1/2 hour workshop to exercise, strengthen and stress the body in a safe way, to slowly come down to a beautiful meditative yin session, candle lit. We will finish the workshop with a nice cup of tea and some nibbles, a chat and a laugh, ready to go back into the world
