You have arrived in the right place at Yoga with Hélène.
I hold a space for people who like practising yoga in a relaxed atmosphere with a real community feel. No jumping, no striving to reach your personal best and no competing.
Practicing yoga is a very serious matter. However, in my classes, we do not take ourselves seriously. We have fun and enjoy what we practice. Because the more we enjoy what we do, the more we want to do it!
There is no judgement, everyone is welcome. You come as you are and hopefully will leave feeling a bit better, healthier and happier.
